• Account information: your email address, collected when you sign in. We use a passwordless one-time code sent to your email — we never ask for or store a password.
• Health & fitness profile: information you provide to personalize your coaching plan, which may include age, gender, weight, height, goal weight, activity level, training goals, training experience, available equipment, sleep quality, stress level, meals, dietary restrictions, food allergies, and supplement use.
• Sensitive health information: where relevant to your safety, we may collect medical conditions, current injuries, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and confirmation of healthcare clearance to exercise.
• Progress data: weekly check-ins including current weight, workouts completed, energy, hunger, stress, sleep, and any pain or discomfort you report.
• Coaching conversations: messages you exchange with our AI coaching assistant, used to generate and refine your personalized plan.
• Language preference: your selected site language (English or Arabic), stored in a cookie so we can remember it on your next visit.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Create and personalize your fitness, nutrition, and coaching plans
• Operate your account and authenticate you when you sign in
• Track your progress over time and adjust recommendations accordingly
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Improve and maintain the safety, security, and quality of the Service

Health & Sensitive Information

We understand that health-related information — including medical conditions, injuries, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status — is sensitive. We collect this information only to help tailor safe, appropriate coaching recommendations, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers. The Service is not a medical provider, and the information you share with us is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Terms of Service for more on this.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies. Currently, the only cookie we set is used to remember your preferred site language across visits. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your signed-in session is kept in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie.

How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database and authentication provider, with industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently share your information with third-party advertisers or analytics providers. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our database and infrastructure provider), or where required to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

Your Rights & Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

International Users

If you access the Service from outside our primary country of operation, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
