These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Design your Health website, mobile app, and coaching services (together, the "Service"), operated by Design your Health ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Description of Service
Design your Health provides fitness and nutrition coaching content, personalized training and nutrition plans, an AI-assisted coaching experience, online classes, and related educational materials, including a companion book. The Service is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.
Not Medical Advice
The Service, including any AI-generated coaching, plans, or recommendations, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concerns about your ability to exercise safely. You are solely responsible for consulting your doctor and for your use of the Service.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service, such as personalized coaching plans, are offered on a paid subscription or one-time purchase basis. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below and we will review your request.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, coaching plans, and the companion book, is owned by or licensed to Design your Health and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as app stores or booksellers, that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design your Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury resulting from fitness or nutrition activities undertaken based on content from the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
